If you are looking for a box that has everything—nutrition, yoga, boxing, kids classes—I Am CrossFit has got you covered. It has the largest membership in South Florida, and it’s also the biggest box in the area at 20,000 square feet. Each year, I Am CrossFit hosts a slew of events, including an inter-member competition, a Summer Crush Games where members from regional boxes face off against each other, and a dodgeball tournament. The 21,000 square-foot Shoreline CrossFit box makes trying this sport much less intimidating than diving in headfirst. With their On-Ramp introduction program, you can attend eight sessions that cover fundamental movements and nutrition, which are the basics of CrossFit.
