It's hard to believe that Joe Manganiello has only been on one cover of Men's Fitness, and that was our January/February 2015 issue. The True Blood and Magic Mike star is in immaculate condition and has been so for quite some time, he lives and breathes this stuff; you'd probably think he'd be on several by now.

THE WORKOUT:

1. Bench Press
8 sets x 15, 10, 8, 6, 4, 2, 5, 10

2A. Dumbbell Incline Flye
2B. Dumbbell Overhead Press
4 sets x 10 reps

3A. Plyo Pushup
3B. Cable Pushdown
4 sets x 8-12 reps

4A. Dumbbell Lateral Raise
4B. Overhead Triceps Extension
4 sets x 10 reps
