We've always known Chris Pratt to be funny. He's Pawnee's resident scene-stealer on NBC's Parks & Recreation—and that's saying a lot, considering the sitcom stars Amy Poehler and Aziz Ansari. But as this exclusive behind-the-scenes video proves, Chris is just as riotous off-set, injecting levity to his first Men's Fitness cover shoot. Videographer Robb Dipple shares his thoughts:
"During any downtime—or even if [photographer Peter Yang] paused for a brief sec—Chris would belt out a country song at the top of his lungs or crack jokes with the crew. He would also hang from the rafters inside the barn, perform dozens of pull-ups, or drop to the ground for pushups whenever he had the chance. During the lumberjack setup, the farm's owners had an unexpected delivery of hay show up. Our shoot came to complete stand still and Chris actually jumped on the back of the flatbed truck to help the driver hand toss all of the bales so that we could continue with the photo shoot. Really cool move—and a very sincere gesture on his part."
