THIS WEEK'S CHALLENGE:
Perform, 3 rounds for time:
10 barbell thrusters
15 kettlebell swings
20 situps
Watch the video for the recommended "standards" of each exercise. A good time for this challenge is 10:30. But if you want to one-up PJ's time? Shoot for under 9:10.
