Champions: The Villanova Wildcats stunned the North Carolina Tar Heels, 77-74, on a clutch 3-pointer from Kris Jenkins to claim the 2016 NCAA Men's Basketball Championship. The Cats' Ryan Arcidiacono, who was lights out Monday night from beyond the arc, won the tournament's MVP award.

Thursday Night Football, Presented by Twitter: The ubiquitous social media network will stream the NFL's Thursday Night Football broadcasts live online during the upcoming 2016 regular season, the NFL announced Tuesday. Games will also be shown on traditional broadcast networks (NBC and CBS, who still carry the Thursday night games) and cable (via the NFL Network). Twitter reportedly beat out big-name tech competitors like Verizon, Yahoo!, and Amazon for the streaming rights, according to a Bloomberg Businessweek report.
