Batman (Ben Affleck) and Superman (Henry Cavill) face off in 'Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice'

Sometimes, even Batman has bad days at the gym.

"I'm getting slow in my old age, Alfred," says Bruce Wayne, after taking out 20 dudes in typically blurry fashion.

"Even you've gotten too old to die young—not for lack of trying," growls Alfred (Jeremy Irons).

But as the final trailer for Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice makes clear, Wayne/Batman isn't too old to take the fight to the Man of Steel (Henry Cavill, who once again dons the famous red cape).

"He has the power to wipe out the entire human race," snaps Wayne. "If we believe there is even a one percent chance that he is our enemy, then we have to take it as an absolute certainty."

It's a certainty he's prepared to defend, too, as we finally see the Caped Crusader—in his nifty metallic armor—put the moves on the Son of Krypton. "The greatest gladiator match in the history of the world," says Lex Luthor (Jesse Eisenberg). "God versus man."

But rather than give us too much of a good thing, this final trailer drops just enough hints to keep us interested. Diana Prince (ass-kicking Israeli actress Gal Gadot) shuts down a pass from Wayne, while her alter-ego Wonder Woman leaps into battle. (Battle against what? It's not clear). Our Man of Steel leaps into battle as well, in the form of a tub occupied by Lois Lane (Amy Adams).

So yeah, consider our interest piqued.

The gladiator match—directed by Zack Snyder—begins in theaters on March 20, 2016.
