So Vegetarians Aren't Weak?: Arnold Schwarzenegger isn't exactly known for embracing a plant-only diet. But the former California governor is changing with the times, and he made waves by suggesting that people go meat-free a few days a week to help reduce the effects of cattle-raising on climate change. "It's a very big challenge but it doesn't mean it shouldn't be done," he told the BBC from Paris. "I have seen many body-builders and (weight) lifters that are vegetarians." [BBC News]
