"Unbreakable" Glass
Japanese scientists have developed the superstrong material.

Morning, dudes. Here's the latest in cool stuff from around the Internet on this fine Wednesday, Nov. 4:

Coming Soon to a Phone Screen Near You: Japanese researchers at the University of Tokyo’s Institute of Industrial Science say they've created a form of "unbreakable" glass that's both clear and as strong as steel, according to an article published in Scientific Reports. “We are looking to commercialize the technique within five years,” University of Tokyo assistant professor Atsunobu Masuno, a coauthor of the paper, told the English-language Japanese news site Asahi Shimbun. Haters Gonna Sue: Jesse Graham, a little-known RnB singer, is suing Taylor Swift for $42 million, alleging that she stole the lyrics for her song "Shake It Off" from Graham's 2013 song "Haters Gone Hate." "Her hook is the same as mine," Graham told the New York Daily News.

Mic Drop: Jonny Gomes, the left fielder for the World Series-champion Kansas City Royals, was pretty stoked up at the team's victory rally and parade on Tuesday. "This may not be politically correct, but I'm not politically correct—we whipped their asses!" said Gomes, holding an American flag. Then he dropped the mic, and everyone cheered. 'Murica, ya'll. With Our Powers Combined: How does Deadpool (played by Ryan Reynolds in the upcoming superhero movie) spend his Halloween? By rounding up a bunch of kids dressed in remarkably well-made X-Men costumes and then shouting relatively involved adult jokes at them. Movie promotion, ya'll.
