1. Georgia State junior guard R.J. Hunter made his coach/dad proud. The 21-year-old made his dad fall out of his seat with his miraculous go-ahead three-pointer in the final seconds of a 57-56 victory over Baylor.

2. Cincinnati Bearcats sophomore guard Troy Caupain went coast-to-coast in the final seconds of the opening round matchup, knifing through the heart of the Purdue Boilermakers’ defense, to send the game in to overtime where Cincy would go onto win.
3. Wolfpack senior forward Beejay Anya gave his North Carolina State team the lead and the victory over LSU in the waning seconds of their 66-65 win.
4. University of Alabama-Birmingham freshman forward William Lee turned a broken down play into a spectacular game-altering shot. The 6-foot-9 Lee sunk a pretty free-throw line “J” to give his Blazers team the 58-57 lead and the eventual victory.
5. Michigan State senior guard Travis Trice capped off a Spartans’ fast break with a huge slam, as former MSU alum and NBA Hall of Famer Magic Johnson gave his version of a thumbs up.
6. Wyoming Cowboys senior forward Derek Cooke hammered home a rim-rattling dunk over Northern Iowa Panthers guard Matt Bohannon.
7. Kansas Jayhawks sophomore guard Wayne Selden Jr. caught the lob from teammate Devonte’ Graham and finished the alley-oop with authority in their second-round tilt with New Mexico State.
8. Jayhawks’ Jamari Traylor and Perry Ellis partnered up for the high-flying alley-oop.
9. MSU freshman forward Marvin Clark Jr. got crafty on this alley-oop, layup attempt against Georgia.
10. Cowboys’ senior forward Larry Nance Jr. emphatically sent home a would-be shot attempt from Panthers’ senior guard Deon Mitchell.
