Florida State University cornerback P.J. Williams once again proved his explosiveness, taking to Instagram and posting of video of himself crushing a box jump, that is nearly as tall as he is (6-foot!)
Not like we need more proof that the CB can jump. According to NFL.com, Williams booked a 40.0 inch vert and a 135.0 inch broad jump at the 2015 combine. So we think its pretty safe to say that the guy knows what to do in the gym to build up some serious explosive strength.
