If you’re like most working Americans, chances are you aren’t getting enough sleep. According to the American Academy of Sleep, about 30 to 35 percent of the U.S. population struggles with occasional insomnia.
Luckily, a new company called Sprayable Inc. has developed a topical sleep-aid spray that could help you drift off easier. You literally apply it right to your skin like you would cologne so that it can deliver melatonin to your body and get you on your way to that eight hours of sleep you’ve been dreaming about.
And don't worry about waking up groggy: The creators claim their spray won't result in that sleepy feeling some people get after popping melatonin supplements. Could this be the answer to our sleep woes? There’s only one way to find out.
The spray bottles will be available online in July and you can get a month’s supply for $15.
