10,000 Steps: An extreme total-body conditioning session.

THE 10,000 STEP WORKOUT

Run 2 miles

Complete 5 rounds of the following circuit. Rest as needed.

10 Dumbbell Thrusters
Sprint approx. 20 yards
20 Overhead Kettlebell Walking Lunges
Sprint approx. 20 yards
10 Burpees
Sprint approx. 20 yards
40 Yard Sandbag Carry
Sprint approx. 20 yards

Run 2 miles
